As the community continues to reel following the Hwy 401 accident that claimed the life of Enterprise’s Elizabeth Morgan, an online auction has been established to assist her family.

The 29-year-old Morgan lost her life in a seven car pile up that took place in the eastbound lane of Hwy 401 near Tyendinaga just before 4 p.m. She left behind her husband, two step daughters and her young son.

To help the family through this difficult time, Terrilyn Geenevasen has set up the Online Auction-In Loving Memory of Liz Morgan (Barkley) on Facebook.

“I’m just collecting donations and on July 29 I’m going to post them all and people can start bidding at that point,” said Geenevasen.

Items included so far are a grill, picture frames, toys and signs. Anyone looking to donate items can call 613-888-8090 or email Tergeenevasen@Gmail.com.

“It’s going to go towards the family in trust of Colten, Liz’s young son,” said Geenevasen.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing and the OPP are strongly encouraging anyone with information about the collision, particularly anyone with any dash-camera footage, to contact the Lennox and Addington OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
