It is with great sadness the family of Lois Oliver announce her passing May 16, 2023 at the John Parrott Center in Napanee. She was the daughter of the late George and Hazel Robinson of Camden East and sister to Jack Robinson and Doreen Doupe. She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, John Oliver and their 3 children Mark Oliver, Paul Oliver (Marlin) and Karen Fountain (Steve), as well her grandchildren Katie Clarke (Chris), Matt Fountain (Meagan) and her two great grandchildren Kennedy and Oliver.
She resided for many years between their family homes in Oshawa, where they raised their 3 children and the Oliver family Farm in Napanee. Growing up in the Greater Napanee areas she loved to travel the countryside with John to join in the various dances, jamborees, music festivals and town fairs. She so loved to dance and enter the county fair flower exhibits.
She loved sports and the spirit of competition. Her fierce tenacity was passed onto her children by ensuring they had a sport for every season (hockey, lacrosse, swimming, tennis, skiing).
She will be remembered most for her great sense of humour, her love of gardening, horses, dogs, cats, and dancing.

Private Family Service and interment will take place at St. Luke’s Cemetery Camden East. Arrangements in the care of Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee.
