Nominations now open for Greater Napanee’s Senior of the Year

The Town of Greater Napanee Council is seeking nominations for the Province of Ontario’s Senior of the Year Award program.

Nominations must be submitted, April 3, 2024 at noon and meet the following criteria:

  • have contributed to the community after the age of 65;
  • have made their community a better place to live; and
  • be a current resident of Greater Napanee.

Seniors who qualify for this award may have contributed to many different fields such as the arts, literature, community service, volunteering, education, environment, fitness, and humanitarian activities. Nominees cannot be someone currently holding political office.

Nominations should include:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • The name of the person being nominated and their contact information; and
  • A summary highlighting the nominee’s contributions to the community.
