The Napanee & District Chamber of Commerce will once again acknowledge and recognize the success of the local business community with their annual award ceremony on Oct. 28.
Known as the Napanee & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards (serving Lennox and Addington), the event is a casual and fun evening for the community to celebrate each other and recognize the remarkable attributes and accomplishments of local businesses. This year the Business Excellence Awards will again be held virtually for all the watch, free of charge.
“We are excited to see who will be nominated and ultimately the final winners for this once again virtual event,” said NDCC business manager Megan Sands. “This is a great way to celebrate and recognize all the success that businesses in Lennox & Addington who have excelled at over the last year despite everything that has been thrown on them and at them during such unprecedented times.”
The awards night will feature 10 awards being presented as well as videos from sponsors. Nominations can be made online through the website www.chamberbusinessawards.com now and ending on Sept. 17.
Awards include:
- Napanee & District Chamber of Commerce Award (NDCC members only vote)
- Customer Service Award (small, medium and large)
- Youth Employee of the Year Award
- Milestone Award
- Workplace Wellness Award
- New Business Award
- Community Beautification Award
- Social Impact Award (new this year).
