NDSS cross country runner Jack Gregory kept his unbeaten streak alive on Wednesday, placing first in the novice division of the EOSSAA championship, held in Petawawa.
His gold medal finish means he’ll advance to OFSAA, which will be held Nov. 5 in Uxbridge.
Gregory has claimed the top spot in every race he’s competed in this season. He’ll now line up against the top high school athletes from across the province to close out the season.
NDSS’ Katie Buchan also had a strong showing at EOSSAA, finishing 12th overall to close out a great season for her that saw her claim the bronze at KASSAA on Oct. 20.
