Napanee Lioness step up to help Salvation Army reach kettle campaign goal

Upon hearing the Napanee Salvation Army Kettle Campaign had fallen short of its goal by $1,200, the Napanee Lioness Club decided to step up and bridge that gap. On Tuesday they invited Abby Mills, director of community ministries for the Napanee Salvation, to the Lion’s Hall to present a cheque that would cover the difference. Their donation brings the total amount raised during the Christmas season kettle campaign to $120,000. Submitted photo.
