The Napanee Crunch U15 B girls hockey team are inviting the public to help them honour their late coach Bill Raney on Jan. 28 at 4 p.m. at the SPC.
Raney was known for his passion for the game and spending countless hours at the rink, passing along his knowledge and experience to his players.
As the team steps on the ice prior to their game, they’re calling on the community to make some noise with cattle bells, air horns, loud cups and clappers to give the devoted father and coach a proper send off. The girls will also dedicate their Jan. 28 game to their coach.
