Napanee’s own Claire Cooper kicked off the Town of Greater Napanee’s 2023 Music by the River on Sunday, performing original music at the pavilion in Conservation Park.The next show, which is free of charge, will take place Aug. 13 at 1 p.m. in the park, followed by a show Aug. 27 at 1 p.m. Photo by Adam Prudhomme.
