Looking for something to entertain the kids on the upcoming PA Day on Oct. 24? The Museum of Lennox & Addington will host learning sessions with a variety of activities for children to participate in.

The program theme and title, “For the Birds”, is inspired by the latest exhibit currently on display at the Museum, Amherst Island Owls & Other Canadian Wildlife. This exhibit highlights stunning wildlife photography by Bill Bickle. The program aims to inspire children to learn more about the birds right in their own backyard. Some activities feature identifying bird songs, and making a unique blend of bird food to take home*.

There are two sessions available to choose from: 10:30am – 12pm, or 1:30pm – 3:00pm. The programs are best suited for children ages 4 – 12 years old. Regular admission fees apply (children under 12 are free; 12+ pay an admission fee of $3). Pre-registration is required.

The Museum of Lennox & Addington is located at 97 Thomas Street East in Napanee. For more information about this event and to register, please call 613-354-3027 or visit the webpage.

*Please note: this activity is not peanut-free.
