Does Derek Sloan not realize he is MP to represent all of us: his constituents?
This includes area LGBT, immigrants, and non-religious folks. Not to further his own personal extreme religious agenda and not to embarrass us on a national level. His reverse logic stance against protecting children from conversion theory is even offside from his own Conservative Party. He could do more to protect children by standing up against the Church. The U.S. Catholic Church Spent $281 million in 2019 to settle over 4,000 child sex abuse cases (as announced by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops in their yearly audit.)
