Jay Bradley, the man who stands charged with two counts of arson relating to the York Street arena and a home in Stone Mills, will have a preliminary hearing in November.
The hearing will take place in Napanee.
Bradley faces two counts of arson – disregard for human life, criminal harassment – threatening conduct; and possession of incendiary material. He was arrested on Nov. 3 of last year following the Oct. 23 fire that destroyed the York St. arena, a facility he had previously rented as part of a roller rink business.
Bradley has previously been denied bail during a court appearance on Dec. 4 of last year.
