It has been a year since I wrote the mayor and town council about the deliberate neglect of certain buildings on main ftreet and to date nothing has been done to correct the situation.
Although the majority of property owners take great pride in their beautifully kept yards and houses, there are the few who do not care, thus giving the town a rather “don’t care” attitude.
This can be off-putting for people moving to Napanee. Please, councillors, with my previous letter in hand, how about walking about town to see with your own eyes what outsiders see.
