Passed away in Ottawa on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in his 77th year. Dear son of the late Arthur MacKinnon and Eleanor (née Paul). Survived by his sister Victoria MacKinnon, his aunt Mary-Louise MacFarlane and cousins Gregor MacFarlane, Fiona Gkika (of Greece), David Paul, Robert Paul and Jane Grange. A family graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Napanee. In Memoriam donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.
