Nine local acts will take the stage at the Loaf N’ Ale pub on Nov. 27 as they host their third annual Toy Drive and Music Marathon.

The tunes get started at noon and continue non-stop through 10 p.m. Guests who bring a new unwrapped toy to donate to the Salvation Army will be given 10 per cent off any food order.

“Last year was good, we didn’t have any issues, we did our social distancing and it was awesome,” said Loaf N’ Ale owner Derek Valentyne. “We’ve already had people donating which is nice. We’ve got a head start on it.”

Steve Tanner will get the party started at noon followed by Steven Medd at 1 p.m. Dave McGrath takes the stage at 2 p.m.

R&B favourite The Kim Pollard Band will play a one-hour set starting at 3 p.m. followed by Keith Flood, Erick Turnbull, Full English and John Sweet from 4-8 p.m.

The Rickartons will close the event with a two hour set.

Musical equipment will be donated by Marie’s Place, which Valentyne says will be a huge help in allowing the event to run smoothly between each performer.

The event is also hosted by MyFM, who will be hosting live spots at the location throughout the day.

The Loaf N’ Ale is located at 25 Dundas St. E in Napanee.
