LLBO needs to get its act together

Passing through Napanee, we stopped for dinner at a new restaurant, Fool’s Kitchen.
It was excellent but we are unlikely to return as it is not licensed for alcohol. Apparently the LLBO have had the application for over a year. That’s over 12 months – surely at least six months more than seems reasonable, and long enough to cause difficulties for any small business.

Napanee is apparently seeking more businesses and more visitors. Bureaucratic assistance like this however is enough to drive anyone to drink instead.
