Napanee’s Bantam BB Crunch won Saturday over the Durham West Lightning, 2-1. Lila Pringle scored her second goal of the game with 14.8 seconds to go to earn the win. She had a great forecheck creating a turnover right in front of the Lightning net, and buried the puck to get the win. Aleyah Mallette was solid in net for the win.
-The Napanee Peewee BB Crunch battled the Whitby Wolves on Saturday to a scoreless draw and then beat the Oshawa Lady Generals, 1-0 on Sunday.
-The Napanee Peewee Bs just got by the Lindsay Lynx, 3-2 on Saturday.
-The Bantam B Crunch had a perfect weekend, winning all three games. They started with a win over the first place Peterborough Ice Kats on Saturday, 3-1. They then won both games of the double-header at home against the North Durham Blades on Sunday. Winning Game 1 by a score of 3-1, they saw goals from Nicole Geenevasen, Katelyn Tye and Molly Dafoe with assists by Karenna Ricketts and Geenevasen. Game 2 saw them win 4-1 with goals by Karenna Ricketts, Annika Moore, Natalie Mills and Nicole Gelineau. Assists came from Geenevasen, Stella Sutton, Gates Mcallister (two), Katelyn Tye, Moore, and Hayley Maracle. Navy Hill was solid in all three games for the wins.
-The United Restaurant/Allegiance General Contracting Atom B Crunch beat the Cold Creek Comets, 5-0 on Sunday.
