LACGH seeking masks, goggles, scrubs and hand sanitizer

Beaver Staff

Lennox and Addington County General Hospital (LACGH) is calling on the public to help in the fight against COVID-19.

The hospital is appealing to the community to support with the donation of the following supplies: N95 protective face masks, eye goggles, hand sanitizer and nursing scrubs.

Hand sewn scrubs would be greatly appreciated for those seamstresses out there but unfortunately they can not accept hand sewn face masks. The LACGH foundation office is coordinating the collection of the above supplies in order to limit traffic in and out of the hospital.

Anyone with items for donation is asked to please contact the foundation office at to arrange pick up at mdickerson@lacgh.napanee.on.ca. The foundation office has also set up a special COVID-19 fund to support the hospital financially.

Donations can be made via the foundation’s website at: www.lacghfoundation.com.

At this time, LACGH would also like to thank the hospital staff for all their hard work and dedication.
