On April 11 I was taken to Lennox and Addington County General Hospital where I spent one week due to heart problems. The
care I received was amazing. The doctors, nurses, and all staff were so kind, attentive, and treated
me so well. They went out of their way to help me; ensure I was comfortable and kept me informed
of my next steps and how I was progressing. I am so grateful and thankful for the level of care that
was provided to me at the Napanee hospital.
In 2016 I received treatment that saved my life at this hospital and Kingston General Hospital.
We are so fortunate to not only have a hospital in our community but to have one that provides such
excellent care. This is the only hospital I know of that has free parking! So many other communities
have lost their hospitals to cutbacks making it necessary for them to travel long distances for care.
I urge everyone to think about making a donation at the front desk when you enter the hospital.
Think of what our donations will contribute to and allow this hospital to continue to provide such
amazing services to us all.
As I regain my health and strength, I am truly appreciative of the staff at LACGH and thank
God for the care I received in my own community.
