2024 L&A Studio Tour Chair
Organizers for the 2024 L&A Studio Tour are encouraging local artists to sign up for this year’s event, which will take place Sept. 7 and 8.
Deadline to register to be part of the tour is March 17.
Artists on the tour gain a greater exposure for their art to friends, neighbours, and visitors from Toronto to Gananoque. Participation in this tour places a pin on the studio tour map so everyone can easily find an artist’s location during and after the tour too.
Last year artists opened their doors to demonstrate and sell their artworks in photography, illustration, glass mosaics, pottery, oil painting, wood sculpture, wood turning, acrylic painting, gourding, jewelry creation, flamework glass, basket weaving, alcohol inks, textile artistry, mixed media, watercolour painting, luthier creations, encaustic, mosaics, and collage.
A studio tour offers artists a unique opportunity to meet collectors face-to-face, engage in dialogue about vision, develop business opportunities, share a artistic process, make sales, and secure commissions. And, for those who don’t live in Lennox & Addington, the studio tour organizers will pair them with another artist who lives here.
