Lennox & Addington Seniors Outreach Services is proud and thrilled to bring back its annual Home & Garden Tour fundraising event, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Passports will be available Sept. 1 in Napanee at L&A SOS, 12 Richmond Park Drive, Gray’s IDA Drugstore, 18 Dundas Street West, and in Tamworth at the Black Cat Café and Hotel, 5 Ottawa Street.

Passports are $30 each (cash only) with eight fabulous destinations to tour between Napanee, Camden East and Tamworth. Proceeds support L&A SOS and 55 Plus programs which help members maintain healthy, independent lives with fitness and social activities. September is a wonderful month for a “road trip” of touring amazing places and gardens. Guests can have lunch along the way at one of the eateries shown on the maps or at the Black Cat Café and Hotel. For those experiencing trepidation about this event, it’s one of the safest events. You’re driving with your people along lovely country roads to be surprised and inspired by what you’ll discover at eight different destinations. Let go of trepidation and buy your passports before they sell out. The tour is the perfect way to celebrate the fall. Come and experience this self-guided tour and don’t forget to bring masks to wear in the homes.

A big thank you to all the wonderful sponsors whose ads appear in the Passport.
