KFLA reports 15 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, active count rises to 99

KFLA Public Health reported a sharp rise in the amount of positive COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, announcing 15 new cases.

That brings the number of active cases in the community up to 99, just one shy of the all-time high that was reached on Saturday.

The latest cases involve two males, 10-19, under investigation, three males in their 20s, under investigation, a male in his 30s, under investigation, male in his 30s, outbreak related, male in his 40s, under investigation, male in his 50s, under investigation, two females in their 20s, under investigation, female under the age of 10, outbreak related, female in her 20s, outbreak related, female in her 30s, outbreak related, male age 10-19, close contact.

Five previous cases were listed as resolved.

Two people remain in hospital due to COVID-19, both in the ICU.

Since the start of the pandemic there have been 419 cases reported in KFLA.
