KFLA Public Health reports 44 new COVID-19 cases, active case count at 310

KFLA Public Health saw 44 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, bringing the active case count to an all-time high of 310 heading into the weekend.

Age breakdown of the latest cases were: Under 5 (one), 5-11 (six), 12-17 (three), 18-29 (10), 30s (seven), 40s (four), 50s (three), 60s (three), 70s (six), 80s (one).

Exposure type: close contact (12), under investigation (29), outbreak related (3).

Eighteen people remain in hospital due to COVID-19, 11 in the ICU, nine of a ventilator.
