KFLA Public Health reports 14 new COVID-19 cases Friday, active count up to 42

KFLA Public Health reported 14 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, pushing the active regional case total to an all-time high of 42.

The previous high was 40 recorded on March 31.

The latest cases involve a female in her 20s, close contact, two males in their 20s, close contact, two males in their 20s under investigation, male in his 50s close contact, female between the ages of 10-19 close contact, male in his 40s close contact, female in her 20s under investigation, male in his 40s under investigation, female in her 40s under investigation, male in his 50s under investigation, female under 10 close contact, make in his 50s close contact.

The local health unit noted three recoveries.

Since the start of the pandemic the KFLA region has reported 293 total positive cases.
