Amen to Pierre J. LeBel’s letter in the April 13 Beaver. Like Mr. LeBel, our household only puts out garbage roughly every third week. We recycle and compost all that we can.
If the council goes through with this by-law and forces us to accept garbage tags we do not need, at the end of the period we should be able to return the unused tags to council for a cash refund.
