Napanee OPP responded to a two vehicle collision with personal injury Wednesday afternoon which took place on Shannonville Road, in Tyendinaga.
A Silver Mustang was travelling Northbound on Shannonville Road when it entered the southbound lane in an attempt to pass a farm tractor that was also travelling Northbound. The Silver Mustang then struck a Red Chevrolet Cruz that was headed southbound, resulting in a head on collision.
Three people were involved in the collision with the two cars and all three were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Mustang has been charged with careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
