Men’s Golf League Night was pushed up a day to Wednesday instead of Thursday, due to rain storms scheduled all day. The format was two man teams drawn at random –low net total.
The L & A Mutual Insurance overall low net winner for the field was Don Pearson-28 . Closest to the pin on 15 (second shot) was John Strang, with the prize sponsored by Agoren Storage. Closest to the pin on 16 was Ed Turgeon, sponsored by MacDougall Insurance.
Team winners, in numerical order, were Jay Hawley and Don Pearson-63.5, Gord Schermerhorn and Dave Eaton-64.5, Brent Tulk and John Strang-64.5, Vern Amey and Murray Halliday-65, Kevin Baker and Ed Turgeon-66, Duncan Burke and Dave Travers-66.5, Bob Riches and Barry Brummel-66.5, Carl Barclay and Jim Dobbin-68, Bruce Putman and John Babcock-68, Rob Barbara and Chris Goody-68.5, with last but not least Bob Casement and Len Joyce-68.5.
