Greater Napanee Gymnastics Club saw several members across a wide range of levels earn ribbons at a recent competition held at Belleville’s Quinte Bay Gymnastics.
At Level 2, age 11 GNGC’s Jazlynn Carrigan finished fourth all around, earning first on the floor and second on the vault. Teammate Sophie Donnan was sixth, placing first on the beam and second on bars.
At Level 3, age eight Meira Weese claimed the top overall spot, earning first in vault, beam, bars and floor. In the age nine division Natalie Barber was fourth all around, earning first on the vault and second on the floor. Brooke Ashley was fifth, placing fourth in both bars and beam. At age 10 Avery Ballance-Hinch was fourth all around with a first on the vault and second on floor. Anastasia Braham was fifth with a first on the beam and fourth on the vault. Brynn Woodcock was seventh with a third in vault and fifth on floor. Kaiah Weese was ninth, earning third on the floor. Avery Greyling was 10th, taking first on the beam and third on the floor.
In the Level 3, age 11 division Elizabeth Miller was second overall, earning first in vault and bars with second on beam and third on floor. Sadie Luption was seventh, earning first on the floor.
In Level 3, age 12, Carys Wood was second, placing second in vault, bars and beam and third on the floor.
Tessa Alton was third all around for the Level 4, age 11 division, earning first on the floor and third in valut, bars and beam. Isla Embury was fifth with a second on vault and fourth on bars.
Marley Lambert was first all around in the Level 4, age 13, taking first in vault and second on the beam.
In Level 4, age 14 and over, Ally Maschke was first all around with a first in vault and floor. Hailee Simpson was fourth with a second on floor and third on beam. Autumn Elson earnined ninth, finishing fourth on vault.
At Level 5, age 11-12 Hattie Embury was first all around, taking first on floor and beam with a second in vault and third on bars.
At Level 5, age 13-14 Branwyn Lupton was third all around with a first on vault and second on the floor.
