Finalists for Greater Napanee and Area Business Awards announced

Finalists for the 2020 Greater Napanee and Area Business Awards have been announced ahead of the Oct. 29 virtual event.

In the Napanee Business Improvement Area Award category are: Napanee Blooms, Lansing Gift & Gallery and Milady’s Lace.

Customer Service Award-Small Business finalists are: Ellena’s Café, Dillenbeck’s Lawn and Property Maintenance Critter Comforts, The Hive and Hearthstone, Lillies Aesthetics, Blush Beauty Co, Touch of Class, Greater Napanee GunWorks, Touch of Wellness Spa, Primitive Patch, Indigo & Roses, Seasons Fine Foods, Shoeless Joes, Zeal Health and Fitness, Chamber Paving, Align Home Health Care, Mike’s Tire Service, Roblin Gas Bar, Sparklean and Handy Fairies.

In the Customer Service-Medium Business is: Milady’s Lace, Topsy’s Farms, Pringle Ford, McCormicks and Touch of Wellness Spa.

Large Business Customer Service finalists are: No Frills, Gray’s IDA, Metro and Giant Tiger.

This year’s Youth Employee of the Year Award nominees are: Sophie Airhart, Ethan Winter, Alex Calver and Emma Perry.

Workplace Wellness Award nominees are Touch of Wellness Spa and Jessica Sinclair, HR advisor for the County of Lennox and Addingtion.

Communities in Bloom Commercial Awards finalists are: Topsy’s Farms, Wynn Farms, Doris Lucas, Pick N Brew, The Loaf and Ale and the L&A Mutual Insurance Company.

Businesses that just recently launched that are up for the New Business Award are Santorini Grill and Keto Bakery.

Milestone Award finalists are Davis and Davis, Touch of Wellness Spa, Napanee Carpet Warehouse, Simple Country Pleasures, Ellena’s Bakery, Pringle Ford and H&R Block.

The newest award is the Pivot Award. Finalists in that category are: Touch of Wellness Spa, Blush Beauty Co, FireRein and Licensed Children’s Playground.

The awards will be hosted on the Napanee and District Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
