A 63-year-old man perished in a fire last night in Colebrook.
Officers with the Lennox and Addington OPP responded to a report of a structure fire just before 11 p.m. last night. A caller reported that there were parties inside the structure.
Stone Mills Fire Rescue attended along with paramedics. The structure was fire was contained by fire crews. Rescue crews located a deceased party in the residence.
Daryl Seymour was pronounced dead at scene by the regional coroner.
Detectives from the Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the OPP are investigating along with the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office.
