Santa found himself surrounded by the Cauldron Sisters during the 16th annual Greater Napanee Downtown Shopping Party on Friday. The event was a chance for shoppers to wrap up their holiday shopping with lots of fun things going on throughout the downtown core with outdoor games, wagon rides, carollers and deals going on at various shops.
