Don’t increase garbage fees, reduce waste instead

When we moved to Napanee in 2017 we couldn’t believe that there was no option of using a green bin for compost waste.

The amount of waste, which used to be just a small bag, increased to a huge bag every week, an increase of approximately 66 per cent simply because there was no compost green bin system available.  Something to think about.
