On Jan. 5 at approximately 5 p.m., officers of the Lennox and Addington OPP responded to a domestic dispute in Stone Mills Township.
As a result of the investigation L&A County OPP have arrested and charged a 39-year-old male from Tweed with two counts of uttering a threat to cause death.
The accused was held for a bail hearing is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee today.
