CIB working on surprise ahead of April 1 Garden Expo
Some members of the Communities in Bloom committee got together recently to work on a barn quilt with Pat Dubyk (pictured far right), creator of the Greater Napanee Barn Quilt Trail. The completed barn quilt will be unveiled at the upcoming CIB Garden Expo on April 1st at the SPC. It plans to install the barn quilt at a later date at one of the sites where the committee regularly works. Submitted photo.
