Located on the corner of Napanee’s main downtown intersection (Centre Street and Dundas Street), Chill Lifestyle for Kids is designed to be a one-stop-shop for all of your specialty baby and children’s gift giving and everyday needs. The store offers gift wrapping and has greeting cards onsite to create an easy shopping experience. Chill Lifestyle for Kids is the only family owned store within 200 km that offers specialty apparel for babies and children from sizes preemie to 14.
Established in 2016 by Tammy Dixon, a former school board consultant, she became passionate about offering specialty apparel and necessities for children after trying to find unique and quality products for her own children and gift giving needs. Having recently moved from Sudbury, Ont, she was looking for a new work challenge and so, immediately after the birth of her second child, Tammy began planning the store’s concept and searching for products. Eight months later, Chill Lifestyle for Kids opened its doors.
Knowing that high quality textiles were used in European apparel as well as the importance of supporting fellow Canadians, Tammy curated a unique collection of products housed in a calming environment, surrounded by natural wood and soft pastel colours. Some of the brands currently being offered are: Noppies, Blu, Deux Par Deux, Dex, Portage & Main, The Wild, Sprout Handmade, Gautier Studio, Modern Burlap, Skip Hop, Plan Toys, Janod and Babyletto. The new fall collection will also include Mayoral and Turtledove London.
The store strives to create a balance of lifestyle products that have personality, flair and function.

The online store has recently opened, showcasing select items and will grow to include many products over the next year. Within the store itself, car seats, strollers and carriers as well as a variety of baby gear will be added over the coming months. The store’s baby registry program provides new parents the opportunity to create the perfect registry with the support of knowledgeable staff. Finally, seminars and workshops such as Make Your Own Sensory Bottles are also offered throughout the year.
