Author Robert Rotenberg to visit County Courthouse Oct. 20 as part of One Book, One L&A

Lennox & Addington County L&A Public Library is very excited to announce that the One  Book, One L&A Author event returns on Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024 at the Lennox & Addington County  Courthouse (97 Thomas St East, Napanee- rear entrance) in the courtroom from 1-3pm. Doors open at  12:30pm.

Author Robert Rotenberg will be reading and answering audience questions from his bestselling novel,  What We Buried. This is a free event. Pre-registration is not mandatory but suggested prior to the  event at https://landalibraries.as.me/ or by calling your local library branch.

What We Buried is the latest instalment in Rotenberg’s series featuring Detective Ari Greene. When  Toronto detective Daniel Kennicott is attacked on his doorstep, the investigation turns up a connection  between the Nazi occupation of Italy and the murder of his brother decades later. It is up to his  mentors, detectives Ari Greene and Nora Bering, to help put things together. This book was inspired by  the true story of Forty Martyrs that took place in Gubbio, Italy in WW II.

In addition to being a bestselling author, Robert Rotenberg is a practicing criminal lawyer, television  screenwriter and writing teacher. What we Buried is his seventh novel in the Detective Ari Greene series that started with Old City Hall.

Readers are encouraged to visit Books on Main (368 Main Street, Bath) in advance to purchase a copy of the  book if you are interested in having it signed at the event as copies will not be available at the  Courthouse the day of the event.
