Asphalt plant would be heavily regulated and good for business

I would like to comment on the proposed Tomlinson asphalt plant as some other fine folks have done.
Coming from a highly regulated industry I can assure readers this product and its manufacture will be monitored by instruments, cameras, personnel from several government bodies so that neither dust, smell or sticky airborne particles will be allowed as it was even 10 years ago. This is an enclosed system whereby gravel, sand and tar are heated , water in these products is expelled as steam, no water is used at all in the manufacture of asphalt so no ground pollution will happen. What is sensible here is the crushing of stone as in any pit operation and the screening of stone for different sizes will remain the same.
The asphalt plant is an adjunct, hidden in the pit, it will add value to this stone, surely anyone can see this is a smart move for any business-how do we increase sales/profit? Costs for any business keep increasing as do your home costs so how do we keep up? I note a majority of signs are on lawns  with paved driveways. If Don Hart whom I have met, still owned this pit, would you be opposed?
