Passed away at Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the age of 68. He is predeceased by his parents John and Gladys. Philip will be missed by his son Ross (Amanda), ex-wife Nancy, granddaughter Haley and brothers Mark, Darryl, Dale, Daniel & Lionel. Friends desiring may make a donation in Phil’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada.
