Use common sense on the roads

I always understood the rules of the road were for safety.

The other day when a cyclist broke those rules, he could have been hurt and my car’s fender banged up. Well, it happened this way. I was coming to a four-way stop at the right spot, when the cyclist came from the wrong lane on my right, never stopped and made a left turn across my fender.   Forgetting his poor cycling skills, he still had good control of some nasty English words.

My wife and I were a bit shaky after that near accident but were hopeful that both cyclist and the drivers of cars can keep within the rules of the road. It makes common sense.
