Fun At The Sixth Annual Riverfront Festival

A 1790 era catboat was docked along the shores of the sixth annual Riverfront Festival, held Saturday in Napanee's Conservation Park. High water on the Napanee River prevented an appearance by the tall ship St. Lawrence II, but the event was still a huge hit. Photo by Desiree Decoste.
